Marin NFL Flag is bringing an inclusive, safe, and competitive flag football experience to boys and girls ages 6–15 this fall. With smaller teams, more playing time, and a manageable schedule, families can expect two 30-minute games each Sunday — all the fun of football without the time commitment of a full season sport.

Commissioner/Founder Jeff Vaala brings over a decade of youth sports coaching experience to Marin NFL Flag. A longtime Marin County resident whose son attended Bacich from TK through 5th grade, Jeff has coached Ross Valley Little League for seven seasons and youth flag football for seven more. His goal with the league is to provide a fun, supportive opportunity to play the fastest-growing sport in America, with a focus on teamwork, effort, and respect.

The league features smaller teams and more games while keeping the time commitment compact:

Ages 6-8: 1:00-2:30pm
Ages 9-11: 2:30-4:00pm
Ages 12-14: 4:00-5:30pm

The kids will be coached by varsity football players from Redwood and Marin Catholic High Schools.

Marin NFL Flag is sanctioned by the NFL and teams will be wearing jerseys just like the pros!
